Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit, or 50% of the booked service value.

Please note that no-shows or cancellations are non-refundable for online deposits, while short-notice cancellations are non-transferable and will not be credited to your account for future appointments.

While we make every effort to keep all our material up-to-date, pricing on our website or brochure may not always reflect the current pricing structures. We, therefore, urge you to confirm all quotes and pricing with a staff member.
